These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of limn. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use limn.

Credits & billing

limn runs on a prepaid credit system. Image generation and editing consume credits at the rates shown in the product. Payments are processed by our payment provider, and purchasing credits or a subscription is subject to these Terms.

Refunds & Cancellation

Credits are digital goods delivered to your account immediately on purchase. Because access is provided instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been used. Where required by applicable consumer law (for example, EU/UK withdrawal rights for digital content), you acknowledge that by starting to use credits you consent to immediate delivery and waive any applicable cooling-off period for the consumed portion. You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current period. To request a refund, contact support@limns.cc.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use limn to create, upload, or distribute content that:

• Is sexual content involving minors, or sexualizes real people without consent.
• Depicts real, identifiable individuals in a deceptive or harmful way (deepfakes).
• Infringes others' intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Is hateful, harassing, or incites violence or self-harm.
• Violates applicable law or OpenAI's usage policies, which apply to outputs generated here.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate this section.

Your content

You retain rights to the prompts and images you provide, subject to the rights of any third parties. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any image you upload for editing.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, limn is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
